We will drive through the beautiful High Atlas Mountains and cross the Tizi N’Tichka Pass, which is 2,260 meters (7,414 feet) high.We will make several stops along the way for you to take photos, and you can decide when and where to stop. Next, we will visit Ait Ben Haddou, a famous old village that is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Take your time to explore Ait Ben Haddou and capture its beauty in photos. In the afternoon, we will arrive in Zagora, where you can enjoy a camel ride and watch the sunset. Then, we will ride to our Berber camp in the desert, where you will enjoy delicious Moroccan food and gaze at the starry sky.
Day 2: Zagora Desert → Ouarzazate → Marrakech

Essential Info for Our 2-Day Desert Tour from Marrakech to Zagora
- Please bear in mind that Zagora is a rocky desert and does not have large sand dunes like the Erg Chigaga Sahara Desert.
- In winter, nights in the desert can be chilly, but our wool tents provide warmth. We recommend bringing a jacket and socks for extra comfort.
- Entrance fees for optional visits to Ouarzazate are as follows: The Cinema Museum costs 30 MAD per person, Kasbah Taourirte is 20 MAD per person, Atlas Cinema Studio and CLA Cinema Studio are both 50 MAD per person.
- This is a private desert tour, and you will have your own comfortable AC car. You can adjust any part of the tour to your preference.
- The camel ride lasts about 30 minutes to 1 hour, but you can choose a 4×4 instead if you prefer not to ride a camel.
- Your luggage will stay with you and be safe during the tour.
- Vegetarian meals and dietary restrictions are available, please inform us when booking.
