Day 1: Fes – Ifrane – Ziz Valley – Merzouga
Depart from Fes and drive through the cedar forests of Ifrane and Azrou. Stop to watch wild monkeys before continuing to the scenic Ziz Valley. Arrive in Merzouga at the edge of the Sahara. Overnight at a desert hotel or riad with dinner.
Day 2: Merzouga – Camel Trek & Desert Camp
Relax in the morning or explore the village. In the afternoon, ride camels into the Erg Chebbi dunes, enjoy sunset views, and spend the night in a desert camp. Includes traditional dinner, Berber tents, and stargazing.
Day 3: Merzouga – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley
Wake up early to catch the sunrise. After breakfast, visit Rissani and Tinghir before reaching the impressive Todra Gorges. Later, drive through the Valley of Roses to reach Dades Valley. Dinner and overnight in a guesthouse or kasbah.
Day 4: Dades – Ait Ben Haddou – Marrakech
After breakfast, head to Ouarzazate and visit the UNESCO-listed Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah. Continue over the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass and arrive in Marrakech in the late afternoon. Drop-off at your hotel or riad.
