Booking and payment information needed to confirm services. We do not ask you to send full payment-card details through the website form.
Messages you send by email, form or WhatsApp.
Limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the website.

How we use information

To answer an enquiry and prepare a personalized quotation.
To arrange transport, guides, accommodation and requested activities.
To manage payments, confirmations, changes and customer support.
To meet legal, accounting, fraud-prevention and safety obligations.

Why we process it

Depending on the situation, processing is necessary to respond before a contract, perform a booking contract, comply with law, protect legitimate business and safety interests, or act on your consent.

Who receives information

We share only what is reasonably needed with service providers involved in your trip, such as drivers, guides, hotels, camps and activity operators, and with providers that support email, communications, payments and website hosting. WhatsApp and external map services apply their own privacy terms when you choose to use them.

International services

Some technology or travel providers may process information outside your country. We take reasonable steps to use reputable providers and limit the information shared to the purpose required.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and booking records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to provide the trip, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Information that is no longer required is deleted or anonymized where practical.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask to access, correct or delete information, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent. You may also contact Morocco’s Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP).

Security and children

We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards, but no online transmission is completely secure. Our services are arranged by adults; information about children should be provided only by a parent or responsible guardian when needed for a booking.
